Focus on one question per video. Examples include:

• Why do social media algorithms keep showing me certain content?
• How does social media affect mental health?
• How can I recognize AI-generated images or videos?
• How do I respond to misinformation shared by friends or family?

4. Zero Tolerance

We welcome curiosity and honest questions. We do not accept:

• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Bullying or harassment
• Profanity directed at individuals or groups
• Threats or encouragement of harmful behavior
• Disclosing private or confidential information

5. Protect Your Privacy

Please do not include:

• Your home address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Personal information about yourself or others

If your video includes anyone under 18 years old, you must obtain permission from their parent or guardian before submitting.

6. Video Quality

For the best viewing experience:

• Record in a controlled area, if possible.
• Face a light source so your face is visible.
• Speak clearly.
• Hold your phone or camera steady.
• Record in either portrait or landscape orientation.

7. Consent

By submitting your video, you confirm that:

• The video is your original recording.
• You are over 13 years of age.
• You grant permission for Mediatrics to edit, publish, and share your video, in whole or in part, for educational and promotional purposes across its website, social media channels, presentations, and other media, unless you request otherwise.

8. Age Restriction

The online services provided through our website, including this video submission function, are exclusively directed to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13 years of age, please do not submit a video to us or otherwise access, use, or register for the online services provided through our website. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected a video or other personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records, unless retention is required by law.

10. What Happens Next?

The Mediatrics team reviews each submission. While we may not be able to respond to every question individually, selected videos may be featured in future educational videos, workshops, podcasts, newsletters, or House Calls media production.
